Alya and Nino have always gotten along nicely, sharing their confusion in how Marinette and Adrien frequently disappear. Overhearing him suggest to Adrien that they go to the movies, Alya asks him if she and Marinette can join them. Also, without Marinette to help her confirm whether Chloé is Ladybug, she drags him along and has him distract her while she takes a photo of Chloé's locker. Sometimes, they will have disagreements as she works with him as a scriptwriter for his class-project movie in "Horrificator", but it leads to issues when Alya finds out Nino added a kissing scene into her script without telling her.

In "Animan", she hears Nino tell Marinette that he has a crush on her (although Nino only says that because he doesn't have the courage to confess to Marinette). Alya is disgusted because she thinks of him as a brother. However, after they spend an afternoon together locked in a zoo cage, an event that Alya doesn't want to give Marinette all of the details about, she seems to have changed her mind about him, although she still gets frustrated with him on occasion. Beyond that event, Alya and Nino have remained together, dancing together in "Despair Bear" and going to André's ice cream cart as a couple in "Glaciator". They'll often hug each other when scared, shown in "Reflekta", "Captain Hardrock" and "Zombizou" with them staying together even after she is infected by the titular villain. In "Anansi", Alya enjoyed playing with him and heard willing to do anything to protect her as he came for her while being Anansi's prisoner. Despite seeing him hold his own against her but hoped Ladybug would return soon.

Alya was in complete awe seeing Ladybug return with a new ally but was suspicious of how the hero spoke similar to Nino. After her sister, Anansi had been saved Alya was amazed that a new hero entered the scene and asked for his name-calling himself Carapace. Once Nino came back, Alya admits she saw what he did for her. In "Heroes' Day - Part 1", she unveils her identity as Rena Rouge to Nino and that she was aware he was Carapace. When meeting with the other heroes they argue about covering each other.

In "Chameleon", Alya comforts Nino who had his feelings hurt by Lila who disguised as Adrien and she told him that he looks good even without his cap. They both practice moving in sync to perfect their battle skills in "Miraculer". She knows that he and Cat Noir get along pretty well unaware that they are best friends under the masks. In "The Puppeteer 2", she was comforted by Nino when she felt uncomfortable looking at a statue of her akumatized form.

In "Stormy Weather 2", they talked about how much their lives have changed because of Ladybug. They continue their loving relationship by going on dates seen in "Timetagger", "The Puppeteer 2", in a few of her Instagram photos having a dinner date with him and her family in "Battle of the Miraculous".

It still continues as they never leave each other's sides but aware that Ladybug needed help she separated from him in "Optigami" but aware of the previous encounter with Style Queen or because of her feelings for Nino she took the Turtle Miraculous without permission. Unaware she gave the jewel to a sentimonster doppelganger of him and when Ladybug revealed the deception Alya was devastated but was relieved to be reunited with the real Nino. In "Sentibubbler", seeing him being held for ransom along with her family and Marinette, Alya transformed into Rena Rouge using her illusionist powers and with Ladybug and Cat Noir's help were able to save him.

In "Rocketear", her love Nino remained as strong as ever, but she struggled hiding the fact that she is still Rena Furtive from him. And when she saw that her boyfriend was akumatized due to him thinking that she was in love with Cat Noir. Through her illusion powers Alya showed him what really happened the night he saw them. With the truth cleared and to avoid further misunderstandings she told him despite her identity being out she's still to help Ladybug.

Again after the Resistance's meeting was over in "Kwami's Choice", upon noticing the new heroes. Alya still didn't enjoy hiding her identity as Scarabella from him despite him complimenting that she'd make an excellent Ladybug.

In "", Alya first meets and befriends Marinette when she defends her from Chloé's bullying. Since then, they have been best friends, often hanging out with each other or helping each other out. While amused by Marinette's ditziness and inability to act normally around Adrien, Alya encourages her to talk and do things with/for him, such as giving him a birthday present or inviting him to a movie. Alya is also very forgiving and accepting of Marinette's flaws, such as when she accidentally deleted her video of Ladybug (which led to the theft of her phone for several hours), and immediately told her that it was no big deal, though she is disappointed about not being told sooner. Despite considering Marinette ditzy sometimes and being perplexed by her constant disappearances, Alya loyally stands by her, and she appreciates her kindness. In "Befana", Alya is even willing to stand up against Befana and rally her friends to defend Marinette. She does whatever she can to comfort Marinette when she is sad about Adrien's inability to hang out with them in "Glaciator" and "Captain Hardrock".

In "Volpina", unlike Marinette, Alya believes in Lila's stories and lies believing that she was jealous of Lila trying to go on a date with Adrien.

This continues in "Chameleon", when Marinette tries to tell her and Nino about Lila's deceitful nature, she refuses to believe her without proof. Yet being a true friend, she returns to normal seat at the episode's end, refusing to leave Marinette alone. She even continues to help Marinette admit her feelings for Adrien in "Backwarder" and "The Puppeteer 2", by leaving her alone with him while at the wax museum.

She even helps Marinette babysit her sisters and Chris in "Timetagger". Like her friends, Alya knew that her best friend wasn't a cheater or a thief seen in "Ladybug" and vouched to defend her. But was shocked when it ended in Marinette being expelled from school yet, she still believed in her resisting being akumatized as well as try to prove her innocence. Then advised Marinette not to jump to conclusions as she did before and needed proof, unknown to her that Marinette was right about Lila's actions.

At one point she promised Marinette that she'd give up looking for the answers to Ladybug's identity to protect her in "Feast". In an alternate future in "Cat Blanc", she was extremely happy for Marinette, when her best friend finally admitted her feelings to Adrien becoming a couple and praised her for the effort when the timeline was fixed. Became shockingly surprised that Marinette attempted to admit her feelings to Adrien in "Félix".

During their trip to New York, Alya knew Marinette still had feelings for Adrien despite her trying to get over him but could tell she wasn't being honest or clear about her feelings. She tried her best to get them together but when it ended with Adrien going home and Marinette doing nothing to stop him. She pushed her to come clear with her feelings now and when Marinette was still unsure Alya said she could decide when they get back.

During "Truth", Alya knew that Marinette was dating Luka to get over Adrien. In "Gang of Secrets", she became aware that something was wrong with Marinette believing she was lovesick over her breakup with Luka. When trying to get Marinette to talk her problem it results in her and the others being pushed away. At the thought of losing her best friend she becomes reakumatized again determined to know her secrets.

Once Marinette admits that she was heartbroken over Luka and being in the same situation with Adrien she accepts it. Despite that Alya sensed that was something else was wrong but decided not to pry. But when by stopped Marinette from leaving, she listens to her friend breakdown about all the secrets she been hiding. By telling her it would change everything and her secret became too big to bare on her own but retorted they would still be friends no matter what. Learning that Marinette was the superheroine she admired, initially shocked, they share an embrace.

Afterwards Alya's friendship with Marinette has improved to where she continues to help her with her duties such as decoding the grimore and when needing a break when not getting anywhere. However, things still remain the same as she continues to push Marinette in her in romantic pursue of Adrien in "Mr. Pigeon 72" and "Optigami".

In "Crocoduel", knowing that Marinette was avoiding Luka because of their breakup Alya advised a plan of using Luka's and Juleka's birthday to get her to talk to him and was amazed that she caught on so easily.

In "Shadow Moth's Last Stand", when Marinette wanted to stop Adrien from going on his "trip" and asked Alya to she refused warning her best friend of back lash of messing with other people's lives.

Meanwhile, Alya is a huge fan of Ladybug, running a fan blog about her called the Ladyblog.^[1] She is always trying to learn more about her idol, including her secret identity however she respected her desire to keep it secret. In "The Pharaoh", she figured out that Ladybug must destroy an important object of a supervillain in order to defeat them, which impresses Ladybug. She was aware that she and Cat Noir's transformations are only temporary. Her search for Ladybug's identity is relentless, once mistaking Chloé, a cosplayer, for being Ladybug. On multiple occasions, she has stepped in to help Ladybug, such as when she turns on a hose for her per request in "Ladybug & Cat Noir". In "Gigantitan", ralliing her friends in an effort to help Ladybug defeat the villain. She is also willing to help her and Cat Noir with less important tasks, such as when she agrees to act as supervillain "Cardboard Girl", to help them help Denis Damocles live out his superhero dream in "The Dark Owl." According to her Instagram page she aware that there is nothing going between Ladybug and Cat Noir except a strong partnership.^[2]

Her wildest dream, to work alongside Ladybug, comes true in "Sapotis", when she asks for her help and temporarily trusts her with the Fox Miraculous. While working with her as Rena Rouge, Alya becomes so excited that she needs Ladybug to keep her on track about the task at hand. She questions Ladybug's complicated solutions for stopping villains but remains loyal to her. The two work well together as a team, but when the mission is complete, Alya is hesitant to return the Miraculous, telling her that they and Cat Noir would make a great team. However, not wishing to betray Ladybug's trust, she returns the Miraculous and keeps her time as Rena Rouge a secret from others.

Her adventures as Rena Rouge continues in "Syren", where she helps Ladybug and Cat Noir round up some escaped panthers, and looks forward to her next adventure after she returns the Fox Miraculous. As Rena Rouge, she also takes part in helping the heroes defeat Hawk Moth's army in "Heroes' Day". Continues her adventures as Rena Rouge in "Miraculer" and "Startrain".

In "Feast", she continues to help Ladybug by trying to unmask Hawk Moth. She continues to be on good terms with her as they came together for group photo with their friends.^[3]

In "Gang of Secrets", it was the undying trust between them that encouraged Alya to break free of Shadow Moth's control and she was amazed that Ladybug had a new ability and by her status as the Miraculous Guardian. She helps Ladybug as Rena Rouge to save her friends.

In "Mr. Pigeon 72", as Rena Rouge, she helps Ladybug learn the true meaning of her powers which results in her creating a new power the Magical Charms as well as a new look leaving Rena amazed.

During "Optigami", she voiced her suggestions about becoming a full-fledged wielder but Marinette was still hesitant. When Style Queen attacked, Alya received a message from Marinette needing her help and the Bee Miraculous for the plan but she wasn't completely obedient towards her best friend's plan and took the Turtle Miraculous without permission. Despite managing to defeat Style Queen, but seeing Ladybug notice that something wasn't right, Alya was warned to away from Nino aware that he was sentimonster leaving her devastated.

After Shadow Moth's real plan was foiled, Alya was disheartened that her actions put her best friend in danger but was told by Marinette to learn from her mistakes and knowing it's a risk she receives the Fox Miraculous permanently to help her and Cat Noir put an end to Shadow Moth, tell her everything and most importantly be Marinette's possible successor of the Miracle Box.

During "Sentibubbler", she received a visit from Marinette, worried that Shadow Moth would come after her but Alya eased her concerns. But when Marinette was held ransom along with her family in the mastermind's attempt to blackmail her. Through careful planning as Rena Rouge, she managed to save her family and protect both their identities. After that, Alya was praised for an excellent job seeing that Marinette made the right choice. Even though it's behind the scenes Alya will continue to help as Rena Furtive.

In "Hack-San", Marinette's absolute trust in Alya is shown once again when the former gives her Miraculous to the latter, when she needs to get out of Paris for the weekend. Despite her bad beginning as her replacement, Alya, as Scarabella, proved herself worthy of that trust when she came up with a plan that not only frees Marinette from Robostus, but also allows her best friend to defeat the villain when she and Cat Noir were captured.

In "Rocketear", despite continuing to help Ladybug she has a hard time staying hidden but is urged to do so to keep her role a secret. But received Marinette's approval to add Cat Noir to her blog unaware that it led to her boyfriend's akumatization. Upon finding a video with Alya and Cat Noir being "an item", Alya denied it saying that isn't what happened. By revealing the truth, Alya accepted Marinette's apology and her trust in what she was going to do with Nino.

In "Shadow Moth's Last Stand", Alya continued her role as Team Miraculous' spotter until Monarch commenced his biggest plan yet, revealing her actions in "Rocketear". After Strikeback's defeat, knowing of her actions and despite Ladybug's objections, Alya tearfully relinquishes her Miraculous but still knows she doesn't need to have powers to be a supportive friend.

Despite knowing that Marinette lost the Miraculouses, Alya continues support her. When being told what happened during the events of "Strikeback", she told Marinette not to be too hard on herself. Then, in "Destruction", Alya discovered that Marinette developed a plan long ago as a security measure to protect her identity as the guardian. After everything was said and done she praised her best friend for coming up with the greatest plan ever, showing self control and encouraged Marinette to have hope.

In "Kwami's Choice", she knew that Marinette was heartbroken about not having a relationship with Adrien. When being approached by Tikki with her best friend's Miraculous, despite not wanting to keep secrets from Nino, she took the mantle as Scarabella again if it meant that Marinette could be happy. Then, after her successful mission Alya received praise from Marinette then in returned asked her if there was any change in her relationship with Adrien but hearing the response she figured they were back at episode 1. But when Marinette voiced her concerns about the fight against Monarch, Alya eased them. However Marinette had a right to worry when Monarch discovered her identity in sadness she returned her best friend's Miraculous.

In "Revelation", she briefly uses the Ladybug Miraculous to become Scarabella.

As Lady Wifi, her frustration with her search becomes intense, as she complains that heroes should not hide their identities. However, as her akumatized alter ego, Alya acted no better than Chloé or Hawk Moth as they were desperate to get what they wanted despite the consequences as unknown to her, Alya nearly sold out her best friend, all of Paris' and possibly the world's best hope to be freed from Hawk Moth's tyranny just to know the truth.

As Oblivio, she unknowingly brought Ladybug and Cat Noir together when she and Nino erased their memories.

Although Alya and Adrien rarely interact, they appear to be friends. She easily asks him for favors and can joke on his behalf seeing him as a kind person and knows that he would not hurt anyone deliberately. However, her interactions with him are limited when she tries to set him up with Marinette. In "The Evillustrator", she was paired with Adrien and Nino for a science project. In "Santa Claws", when she heard that Adrien was missing; Alya concerned for him as a friend went looking for him along with her classmates. In "Befena", she was talking to Adrien about coming to Marinette's birthday party. In "Captain Hardrock", Alya had gotten used to Adrien's inability to hang out with them but remained hopeful of other opportunities.

In "Chameleon", she finds Adrien's behavior towards her and Nino rude and strange unknown that it was Lila disguised as him. Alya also accepted Adrien's invitation to come to the wax museum in "The Puppeteer 2", using the chance to get him and Marinette alone. She is also paired up with him for an art project and believing they'll bond together through their passion for photography.^[4]

Alya was shocked to see Adrien coming aboard the houseboat with Kagami surprised that his father let him out in "Desperada". When Kagami told Marinette that she would have to choose in the love department one day, Alya knew that Luka and Adrien hadn't made their choice yet either. However, unknown to her that he is in love Ladybug which is her best friend's alterego. In "Félix", Alya agreed with Marinette in sending Adrien a video care package to make him feel better about missing his mother. However, upon being tricked by Adrien's cousin Félix with him leaving a nasty message she began to doubt her friendship with him leading her to seek revenge as her akumatized form. After being deakumatized she received a video message from Adrien explaining what happened happy to know they are still friends. During an alternate future in "Cat Blanc", she supported Adrien's relationship with Marinette.

Like Marinette, she continues to be on friendly terms with Adrien.

In "Optigami", during a rescue, Alya meets Adrien as Rena Rouge for the first time and escorted him to safety. In "Shadow Moth's Last Stand", when Alya heard that Adrien was finally going to see the world he was happy for him. Unaware that it was ruse so Shadow Moth could commence his deadliest plan yet.

During a sleepover in "Multiplication" and "Destruction", Alya discovered from Marinette what Adrien said in "Strikeback" was true. When she revealed that he and Felix had switched places.

She still had grown supportive of Adrien and Marinette being together.

During "Kwami's Choice", she had discovered they were having a rocky start aware that she hadn't missed much. Alya worked with her classmates to plan a lunch date for Adrien and Marinette.

Though not as interested in Cat Noir as in Ladybug, Alya is a fan of him, finding him cute.^[5] She is also searching for his alter ego, at one point contemplating it being Adrien unknown to her that she was right. In "The Pharaoh", when asked by Cat Noir about if she wanted to know his age, Alya says she'll find that out for herself as he is about to detransform, and laughs in amusem*nt when he runs away from her. During "The Dark Owl", she didn't mind when Cat Noir and Ladybug approached her for a favor in accomplishing Denis Damocles' dream. She aware that there is nothing going between Cat Noir and Ladybug except a strong partnership and he gets along pretty well with Carapace unaware that the two are best friends under the masks. ^[6][7]

Unknown to her, they share the same desire to know Ladybug's identity. Although Alya knew Cat Noir would always be by Ladybug's side she also knew that he couldn't protect or help her on a permanent basis as seen in "Gigantitan", "Style Queen" and other episodes as her self and hero alter ego, by helping Ladybug extending to Cat Noir she made his job more easier.

She continues to be on good terms with Cat Noir as they came together for group photo with their friends.^[8] She doesn't mind his protection when Cat Noir offered to help carry her things home.^[9]

During "Rocketear", watching a preview of a new movie about her alter ego being in love with Cat Noir she didn't take it personally as she had no feelings towards Cat Noir admitting it to him herself when the hero visits her to confirm his suspicions saying her heart belonged to Nino believing she can't be with a guy she barely knows.

When Alya was told about the Marinette's plan in "Destruction" and how Cat Noir was included. She laughed at the fact that for 4 months that he had a "halfwit" message for their enemy in his bell. Despite losing her powers her loyalty and desire to help Cat Noir still remained when she became apart of the Resistance.

Alya meets Cat Noir as her alter ego Rena Rouge in "Sapotis", and she has fun jovially teasing him. She also appreciates Cat Noir's trust in her and willingness to help her, and they bond as good friends as they help Ladybug execute her plans. The two continue to work well together in "Syren", "Mayura", "Miraculer" and "Gang of Secrets".

She briefly meets him in "Optigami" and yet, during "Sentibubbler", she warns him not to use his powers the titular sentimonster and has a plan but didn't say anything else and manages to save him. Like with Ladybug, she continues to work him behind the scenes.

As Scarabella in "Hack-San", she and Cat Noir had a bad start, as the latter got extremely suspicious of the former, as she was using Ladybug's Miraculous, thinking she was either a Sentimonster or an akumatized villain. After she proved otherwise, Cat Noir remained distrusting of her, causing Scarabella to do anything to prove herself to him, while also teasing him. Despite their initial bad start as partners, eventually, Scarabella is able to earn his trust and respect when she saves him from some of Robostus' minions and admits humbly she is not like Ladybug. After that, Cat Noir helps her to get the confidence she needed to flourish as Ladybug's replacement.

When she sees Cat Noir in danger by her akumatized boyfriend in "Rocketear", she saved him by showing Nino what really happened between them. However, she is unaware that Cat Noir knows her identity as Rena Rouge.

Despite returning as Scarabella in "Kwami's Choice", upon meeting Kitty Noire, she discovered that Cat Noir was freed of his mantle like Ladybug. However after Monarch discovered the identities of the new heroes she heard that he would resume it.

As Lady Wifi, when she sees Cat Noir coming to save Ladybug, she mockingly comments on how romantic the situation is and calls Ladybug his "lovebug". As Oblivio, she unknowingly brought Cat Noir and Ladybug together when she and Nino erased their memories.

At first, Alya is a bit startled by Trixx, but she gets extremely excited once he introduces herself and deduces that he helps her transform. after defeating the Sapotis she wanted to keep him and his Miraculous but listens to his point about being trustworthy and respectfully returns both to Ladybug.

In "Syren", despite having to return Trixx and his Miraculous at the end of a mission, Alya is happy to have him as her kwami and excitedly waits to see him again for their next adventure which is seen in "Catalyst (Heroes' Day - Part 1)", "Miraculer" and "Startrain".

After Marinette revealed her identity, Alya has gotten closer to Trixx since "Gang of Secrets", doing a high five with him before he returned to the jewel and in "Mr. Pigeon 72" the two continued to work together.

When Alya suggested about becoming a full Miraculous holder in "Optigami", Trixx agreed and after defeating both of Hawk Moth's plans, playing a risk and knowing the danger their enemy possesses Alya was allowed to keep Trixx and his jewel. She keeps him in a fanny pack she constantly wears in "Sentibubbler" and when her loved ones are held for ransom and blackmail. She worked quietly with Trixx and with their illusionist powers the duo managed to save everyone and even more so stay together continuing to help Ladybug and their allies from behind the scenes.

In "Hack-San", Alya discovers Trixx's possessive side when she has to be a temporary Ladybug for the weekend.

In "Shadow Moth Last Stand", she tearfully surrenders her miraculous after her actions as Rena Furtive and gives a heartfelt goodbye to Trixx and becomes horrified that her former kwami was in the hands of the enemy.

In "Destruction", Alya has a brief reunion with Trixx but saddened at how poorly he is being treated by Monarch.

Despite her giving up her powers and Trixx being stolen by Monarch, she still kept wearing the fanny pack he used to ride around in to remember him by.

Like Marinette, Alya detests Chloé. She finds her very snobby and rude but recognizes that Marinette is more likely to suffer because of Chloé than she is herself, feeling sorry for Marinette when she and Chloé are partnered up for a school project. During her search for Ladybug's identity, Alya spots Chloé with a Ladybug-themed costume and yo-yo, misleading her to think Chloé is Ladybug. After being caught by Chloé, she gets temporarily suspended, enraged by Ladybug having such a horrible alter ego and goes to unmask her after transforming into Lady Wifi. And continues to believe she's found Ladybug's true identity until the real one and Cat Noir arrive to save a cosplaying Chloé from Lady Wifi's clutches.

In "Zombizou", she calls Chloé even worse than Hawk Moth because of her cruel nature, and when Alya finds out that Chloé is the cause and focus of the villain's rampage she suggests giving her to the zombies. In "Malediktator", Alya like everyone else takes pleasure in Chloé leaving for New York. Therefore, she’s quite irked and jealous of the fact that Chloé is being welcomed back with a huge party and is aware of her actions as Queen Bee knowing she didn't prove her might as a hero the first time. However, she is fine working with her as Rena Rouge in "Mayura (Heroes' Day - Part 2)", despite not calling her by her hero name.

During "Miracle Queen", Alya was unaware of Chloé's betrayal selling her and her allies identities to Hawk Moth, let alone that Chloé used her against the idols she admired.

In their adventures as heroes, villains and themselves, both Alya and Chloe had one thing in common as they both didn't know or care about the rules when it came to the Miraculous holders.

Like everyone else Alya was shocked to find out that Chloé has sister named Zoé, upon seeing Zoé's behavior and yet listening to Marinette's reasoning, she called Chloé's influence so toxic she managed to corrupt her own sister in a few hours.

It's implied in "Optigami", that since she was going to be told everything by Marinette it's likely including the reason why Chloé was expelled from the team.

From "Deflagration", she didn't appreciate it when Chloe tried to ruin and embarrass Marinette on her lunch date with Adrien.

Alya is aware that Gabriel is Adrien's father but she is unaware that he's Hawk Moth. She knows that he is responsible for the akumatized villains in Paris. She works along with Ladybug and Cat Noir to defeat him. During "Feast", instead of looking for Ladybug's identity, she tries to help her unmask his. As of Miracle Queen, also unknown to her is that due to Chloé's betrayal, had her identity as Rena Rouge unveiled to him.

In "Optigami", she got a taste of how deceptive and sneaky Shadow Moth can be when he used her feelings for Nino to de-mask Ladybug easily falling for his trap and was aware that he knew the identities of some of their allies including herself. Confirming it in "Sentibubbler", when he used her family and friends to blackmail her into betraying Ladybug and Cat Noir. But sly as a fox she tricked him instead with her illusions into believing that Ladybug will never let "her" have the Fox Miraculous again managing to save her loved ones. With that willing to keep the illusion up she will continue to work with her allies in their quest to end Shadow Moth's reign from behind the scenes.

In "Strikeback", Alya like everyone else knew that Monarch stole all the other Miraculouses from Ladybug including Trixx.

In "Multiplication", she was told that Monarch got the jewels by stealing them from her best friend through Felix. And when she saw Monarch appear in Marinette's room during "Destruction" shocked but aware of the situation she live streamed his appearance causing the villain to leave but not before smashing her phone.

After that Alya was told that Monarch appearing in Marinette's room was apart of the plan. And hearing how it ended with Monarch being Cataclysm she thought it best as karma and hope holding on to the belief that he'd be beaten someday.

During "Kwami's Choice", as Scarabella, Alya succeed her best friend's responsibility of defeating Monarch but it didn't last long. Unknown to her that like her best friend he was using her own Alliance Ring to track her leading to the discovery of her identity and steal her Miraculous.
